Satish Rajan
Managing Director and Principal Officer
Satish is a Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in the public and private sector, both in India and overseas. He completed his employment stint as the Chief Financial Officer of a listed insurance company in Saudi Arabia before starting off his wealth management ventures from 2009 onwards. With over ten years’ experience as a Registered Investment Adviser, he has promoted and set up AiAlpha Financial Advisory Services Private Limited to offer greater and more flexible investing solutions to a larger set of investors. The investment approach is derived from his vast experience over various industries.
Manjusha G Nair
Additional Officer
Manjusha oversees and manages the entire operations. She is a PGDBA from Symbiosis University and an M Com from the University of Calicut. She has 20 years of work experience in related areas and was earlier associated with Sharewealth Securities Ltd, Sharekhan Ltd and Geojit Financial Services Ltd. Ltd.
Sanil Abraham
Chief Marketing Officer
Sanil is a seasoned media professional with over two decades of experience in the field of financial journalism. He has held key leadership roles as Director with Sharewealth Wealth Management and Vice President with Equity Intelligence India Pvt. Ltd. His media stints is highlighted by his roles as Business Editor at Manorama News and Chief of Bureau at Asianet News.
Saji Sunilkumar
Compliance Officer
Saji is an experienced, resourceful manager with a long experience in senior positions at a premier Stock Exchange. She has proven proficiency in Live Surveillance activities of Indian Stock Exchanges (equity market) with strong execution capability, excellent analytical ability and impeccable communication skills with experience in working with regulatory, corporate and trading stakeholders.
Saji possesses strong analytical and research skills, with extensive experience in preparing and analysing data for management and regulators. She excels in regulatory communication, working closely with regulators, exchanges, investors and trading members. Additionally, she demonstrates refined planning and organizational abilities, balancing daily tasks, team support and ad-hoc responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
